A traditional Russian Sourdough which recently moved a Russian Soldier to tears as it took him back to his motherland when he had last tasted it 20yrs ago.This is a taste sensation (due to the caraway and coriander seeds) which we have paired with Karen in a Jam’s Crab Apple Jelly and a sharp cheddar, this made a man’s head spin as the combinations of flavours exploded in his mouth.
