The Festival Flavour Stage is the culinary centrepiece of the Lichfield Food and Drink Festival, curated and delivered by Hunnypot Cottage Events. Across the three days, the stage hosts chef demonstrations, tastings, talks, and interactive food experiences.

This year's headline act was the much-loved chef and TV personality Rosemary Shrager, who returned for all three days. Rosemary delighted audiences with her chicken with pears and chilli salsa in 2025, and brought Confit of Salmon and Cheat's Peking Duck to the stage this year..

This year's stage welcomed local chef Liam Dillon, owner of Michelin-starred restaurant, The Boat, alongside Peter Bridgewater of 1485 Wines and Hannah Green of Tipples and Tonics.

The stage attracts high footfall and strong audience engagement, making it an ideal platform for brands seeking visibility, community connection, and meaningful interaction with festival visitors
